The Story Of How A Fiery Chef And A Feisty Marketer Created A History-Making Brand
Highly respected foodservice industry leaders (and best friends) Ira Blumenthal and Chef Andy Revella dreamed of collaborating on a high-appeal, edgy virtual restaurant concept that would include an energy-efficient, environmentally sound system coupled with utilizing only the highest quality of sustainable and natural ingredients. Focusing on one of the most celebrated comfort foods ever to be served on a plate or in a bun, culinarian Revella and branding expert Blumenthal gave birth to EAT MEATBALLZ! Revella used his family’s time-tested, treasured meatball recipe dating back a century to Torino in Northern Italy, to craft “ballz,” as they affectionately call them, that are delicious, totally authentic and addictive.
